Event Description: On July 4, we need walkers for the Waukee, IA parade. Please text Pam Bangtson at 319-231-9530 to let her know you want to get involved. We will have a trailer available for riders. Free Dallas County Democrats t-shirt with our new design for all parade participants! Walk with Dallas County Democrats and our 2024 Democratic candidates like Meggan Guns (Candidate, Dallas County Attorney), Laura Snider (Candidate, Iowa House District 28) and others.

Date: Thursday, July 4, 2024.

Time: 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m., w/line up at 9:30 a.m.

Location: Meet to line up for the parade at 9:30 a.m. - Lineups to be announce in June. Text Pam Bangston at 319-231-9530 for more specifics on our group’s meet-up location.

Parade Route: The parade will go up LA Grant Parkway from SE Westown Parkway, past Centennial Park as the road turns into SE Ashworth Drive and ends by the Waukee Middle School.
